Steady Run
Runs all year round, if you can already run consistently for 30 minutes, you are welcome to join us at anytime of the year. Please register in advance.
Return to Running Mini Course (NEW)
From 4th - 25th September 2024, join us for a four week mini-course to build back up to running 30 minutes. This is suitable for you if you’ve not run consistently for a while (maybe you’ve taken a break over the summer) but you wouldn’t consider yourself a complete beginner. We’ll build up with walking/running intervals and expect you to do 1 or 2 other runs between group sessions to build back to 30 minutes by the end of the course.
