Steady Run
Runs all year round, if you can already run consistently for 30 minutes, you are welcome to join us at anytime of the year. Please register in advance.
Beginners Programme
If you're returning to running after a long break or starting out for the first time, this is the programme for you. Our next beginners course will start on 8th September 2024.
Power Walking
If you're looking for a great cardiovascular workout without the high-impact of running and want the same great social element as our running groups, come and join us on a Wednesday evening. We'll walk for about 45 minutes.
