Steady Run

Runs all year round, if you can already run for around 30 minutes (with walking breaks if needed), you are welcome to join us at any time of the year. Please register in advance.

Beginners Programme

If you're returning to running after a long break or starting out for the first time, this is the programme for you. Our next beginners programme starts on Sunday 5th January 2025.
