Steady Run, Saturday 7.30am
Runs all year round, if you can already run for around 30 minutes (with walking breaks if needed), you are welcome to join us at any time of the year. Please register in advance.
Beginners Programme, Saturday 7.30am, Tuesday 7pm, Thursday 7 am
If you're returning to running after a long break or starting out for the first time, this is the programme for you. Our next beginners programme starts on Saturday 7th September 2024.
Power Walking, Saturday 7.30am
If you're looking for a great cardiovascular workout without the high-impact of running and want the same great social element as our running groups, come and join our Power Walking group on Saturday morning.
